Speech Pathologist | Flexible Work OptionsCairns, QueenslandEmployment Type: Full-time | Part-time | ContractorAbout UsAt Humanity Health Group, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live the life they choose.Through Humanity Allied Health and Care Squared Kids, we provide personalised, evidence-based therapy that supports children, young people and adults to achieve meaningful outcomes and live more independently.We're growing our Speech Pathology team and are looking for clinicians who are passionate about making a genuine difference — whether you're a new graduate taking your first step into your career or an experienced Speech Pathologist looking for your next opportunity.About the RoleAs a Speech Pathologist, you'll work with a diverse caseload and have the flexibility to shape your role around your skills, interests and lifestyle.You'll have the opportunity to provide therapy across homes, schools, clinics and community settings, as well as through telehealth.What You'll Be DoingDeliver evidence-based assessment and therapy tailored to each client's individual needs and goalsSupport clients across a diverse caseload and a range of ages and presentationsDevelop meaningful goals in partnership with clients, families and support networksWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamProvide services through in-person and telehealth settingsComplete high-quality clinical documentation and reportsBuild strong relationships with clients, families, schools and key stakeholdersContinue developing your clinical skills through supervision,



mentoring and skilled developmentWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for passionate Speech Pathologists who are committed to achieving meaningful outcomes for their clients.You'll ideally have:A recognised degree in Speech PathologyCurrent Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership/registrationA genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goalsStrong communication, organisation and interpersonal skillsA current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleNDIS Worker Orientation Module completed, or willingness to complete itNew graduates are encouraged to apply!
