The Role:Proactively manage a reasonable caseload, allowing you to focus on qualityCase management across a broad referral base, including WorkCover QLD, DVA, Life Insurance & ComcareWorksite, Functional & Ergonomic AssessmentsAttend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to achieve RTW outcomesBuild robust relationships & generate repeat referralsProvide training & coaching to other team members as the team grows, in line with your skills & areas of interestBased in their perfectly located Noosa HQ, with travel to clients on the Sunshine Coast & surroundsOn-site during your induction & probation to make the most of hands-on learning, then a versatile working arrangement between home & officeOur client is a mid-sized Workplace Health organisation achieving exceptional results.
