Our team is dedicated to providing personalised, professional service with integrity and excellence at the heart of everything we do.About the roleWe are seeking a Property and Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Vincentia, NSW on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive law firm environment where you will provide specialist legal advice across two key practice areas.
You will play a vital role in assisting our clients with property transactions, estate planning, and probate matters, contributing directly to the success and reputation of our practice.Key responsibilitiesConducting property conveyancing transactions, including residential and commercial sales and purchasesDrafting and reviewing property-related legal documents and agreementsProviding legal advice on property law matters, including title issues, encumbrances, and contractual obligationsPreparing wills, powers of attorney and enduring guardian documentsManaging probate and estate administration matters, including obtaining grants of probate and letters of administrationAdvising clients on succession planning, testamentary trusts,



and estate tax implicationsConducting legal research and keeping up to date with changes in property and estate lawManaging client relationships and maintaining detailed file documentationMeeting deadlines and managing multiple matters simultaneouslyContributing to the professional development of junior staff where appropriateWhat we're looking forAdmission as a Lawyer in New South WalesMinimum of 2–3 years' post-admission experience in property law and wills and estates practiceStrong expertise in conveyancing, property transactions, and title lawSolid understanding of succession law, estate administration, and probate proceduresExcellent drafting and written communication skillsProficiency in legal research and case law analysisStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlinesClient-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyProficiency with LEAP legal practice management software and Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred: prior PEXA experienceWhat we offerThe ability to live on the South Coast of NSW close to some of the best beaches, cafes, restaurants, and national parks in the country, without the commute or the cost of a capital city.We are committed to creating a supportive workplace where our team members can thrive professionally and personally.
