and dignity in all aspects of careMaintain accurate documentation and progress notesBuild positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsAbout YouYou are caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting others.You'll bring:Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or a related qualification (or currently studying)Previous experience in community care, home care, aged care, disability support, or a similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA compassionate and client-focused approachStrong time management and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEssential RequirementsCurrent National Police CheckCurrent First Aid and CPR CertificateCurrent Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Valid Australian Driver's LicenceReliable and comprehensively insured vehicleNDIS Worker Screening Check (desirable)Why Join For Care Group?
