You will deliver, facilitate and administer assessments, training, advice and ultimately helping them become more competitive in the local employment market.Location: The role will be based at Gosford, NSW.Key Responsibilities:Consult & assess applicants to determine their suitability for the program.Delivery the CTA program in a group training environment.Develop skills of participants and assist them in obtaining sustainable and ongoing employment.Build relationships with other jobactive providers promoting benefits of the program to engage with potential participants.Developing key relationships internally and externally (e.g. Government departments, local industry bodies such as the Business Chamber, Employers).
Facilitate the CTA program in accordance with accreditation standards and contractual obligations.Is it a good fit?
Are you an experience trainer with Employment Services experience?
You will witness firsthand the positive changes in our clients that stems from their participation in this program under your leadership and guidance.
