Job DescriptionMoyne Health Services invites applications from qualified Chefs to join our Food Services team on an ongoing Part Time or Casual basis.About the RoleAs a Chef @ MHS you will:Plan, prepare and serve a menu of nutritious meals which are appropriate to a variety of age groups and health status.Assist to plan, develop and provide a menu on a weekly basis in accordance with current Food Safety regulations and Moyne Health Services' Food Safety Plan.Supervise and support staff in the provision of meals to residents, patients, staff, community members and volunteers.Ensure the cleaning of equipment, kitchen and storage areas is undertaken according to cleaning schedule.Maintain the kitchen environment and equipment in a protected and hygienic manner in accordance with Food Safety regulations, reporting any issues to the Head Chef.Assist in keeping accurate records including purchase orders, supplier invoices, Meals on Wheels documentation and routine updates.About YouMinimum qualificationsCertificate III in Commercial CookeryFood Handler (Basic)
