About the Role
SSP Australia is seeking Chef at all levels, Cook, and Kitchen Hand to join our exciting current opening, MoVida @ The Airport, at Sydney Airport T2.
We are currently recruiting for Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual positions, with opportunities available across different levels of experience.
MoVida @ The Airport will bring MoVida's Spanish tapas experience to Sydney Airport, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue and work alongside an experienced culinary team.
Whether you're an experienced Chef, a passionate Cook or looking to start or develop your career in a skilled kitchen, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch of a new dining concept.
You will work as part of an experienced culinary team, supporting food preparation and service while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, food safety and hygiene.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Hands are encouraged to apply
Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is desirable
For Chef positions: Previous experience within a similar role of preferably 2+ years
For Chef positions: Food Safety Supervisor Certificate - desirable
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong multitasking skills and a can-do attitude
Reliable, positive and willing to learn
