This is a great opportunity for a hands-on TA professional to take ownership of recruitment across a diverse and fast-moving portfolio.This role will see you managing end-to-end talent acquisition for both blue collar and white collar positions across multiple sites, partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver quality talent outcomes in a technically complex, high-volume environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for blue collar and white collar roles across multiple sitesPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective sourcing strategiesSource, screen, and shortlist candidates across a broad and varied requisition loadCoordinate interviews, gather feedback,



and manage candidate communication throughout the processSupport offer management and onboarding coordinationMaintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATSContribute to continuous improvement of TA processes and candidate experienceAbout YouPrevious talent acquisition experience within heavy industries is essential (non-negotiable)Proven ability to manage recruitment across both blue collar and white collar roles simultaneouslyComfortable working across multiple sites and stakeholder groups at onceStrong sourcing skills and confidence engaging both active and passive candidatesHighly organised, with the ability to manage a high-volume, wide-ranging workloadExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsQualifications & RequirementsFull Australian working rightsWhat's on Offer3-month temporary contract, based in the Brisbane CBDExposure to a broad and varied recruitment portfolio across blue and white collar rolesOpportunity to work within a well-established heavy industries business
