This is a full-time position.Based in Condell Park, NSW.
This role works collaboratively with the service team and reports to the Group Service Manager.
Benefits Salary offered: Between $80,000 to $90,000 depending on skills and experience.Task & responsibilities As a Service Technician - LED Screen & Digital Technology you will participate in the after sales repair and maintenance of LED modules, processors and provide technical advice on LED displays.Repair of LED screen modulesTrouble shooting and identifying faults with the itemDetailed solderingQuality control assessments on LED and Lighting productsOngoing training and developmentPhone technical supportQuotations, invoices and post repair reports for customersCommunicate verbally and via email with customersQuality control assessmentsInterstate and overseas travel may be requiredTechnical support,



troubleshooting and advice via phoneLiaise with National Service Manager and suppliers to ensure up-to-date knowledge and technical trainingSpare parts inventory control and orderingAny other duties from time to timeQualification & experience Certificate III in Electronics and Communications (or equivalent) desirable Minimum 1 years experience in repair and maintenance of LED screens, lighting fixtures and control systems KEY SKILLS REQUIREDHigh level soldering skills, and the ability to develop skillset further if required.Recognised LED repair training qualificationsKnowledge of LED processorsPassion for the audio-visual industry and techGreat organisational skills and IT literateExcellent communication and customer service skillsCurrent driver's license and passportAbout Company ULA Group is a market leader in cutting-edge and engaging visual technology.We are responsible for providing some of the World's most iconic visual displays across an extensive range of markets.
