Senior Business Analyst - Digital TransformationWe are working with a leading insurer on a major multi-year digital transformation program and we're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the delivery team.This is a hands-on role within an Agile delivery squad, working on current digital initiatives including the transformation of an existing customer portal and its integration with backend platforms.
The program also has an AI component, making this a particularly interesting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of customer experience, technology and business change.You'll work closely with an experienced Product Owner, Platform Heads, Architects, Engineers and business stakeholders to shape and deliver complex digital change.You'll be responsible for understanding the problem, challenging assumptions, identifying impacts and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the delivery team.You'll be involved across:Leading discovery, workshops and requirements gatheringAnalysing current and future-state processes and customer journeysBreaking down complex initiatives into features, epics and user storiesSupporting backlog refinement and prioritisationIdentifying upstream and downstream impacts across systems and processesWorking closely with Product Owners, Architects and Engineering teamsDeveloping process maps, data flows and supporting analysisSupporting UAT,



defect triage and go-live activitiesContributing to continuous improvement across the squad and broader delivery environmentHelping bring clarity to complex and ambiguous problem spacesWhat we're looking forWe're looking for a genuinely strong Senior BA, rather than someone who is purely focused on documenting requirements.You'll ideally have:Demonstrated success as a Senior BA, preferably within insurance or financial servicesExperience working on digital platforms, portals or customer-facing technologyStrong understanding of business processes, systems and technologyExperience working across complex integrations and/or legacy environmentsExcellent requirements gathering and analysis skillsProven ability to understand end-to-end impacts and dependenciesConfidence challenging requirements and asking the right questionsStrong stakeholder management skills across business and technologyExperience working closely with Product Owners, Architects and EngineersStrong Agile/Scrum delivery experienceWe're particularly interested in people who can think beyond the immediate requirement, understand how changes will impact the wider business and technology environment, and help shape the right solution.This is a great opportunity to join a large-scale, multi-year transformation program with genuine digital change at its core.
