We are looking for a proven sales professional who loves the chase, knows how to build rapport quickly, follows up relentlessly and takes real pride in beating targets.You will be the face of World Gym for prospective members turning leads, walk-ins and referrals into long-term members through exceptional service, high-energy club tours and confident closing.Membership Consultant / Sales ProfessionalAbout the roleAs a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for:Converting leads, walk-ins, referrals and online enquiries into membershipsConducting engaging, personalised club tours that sell the World Gym experienceBuilding strong rapport and understanding each prospect's goalsFollowing up every opportunity with urgency, consistency and purposeWorking towards and exceedingly daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIsCreating local business and community relationships to generate new leadsSupporting member retention through outstanding customer serviceMaintaining accurate notes, appointments and activity in our sales systemsContributing to a positive, energetic and high-performance club cultureAbout youYou are competitive, confident and commercially minded.

solving the right problem and asking for the sale.To succeed in this role, you will have:Extensive membership sales experience within a gym, health club or fitness environmentA demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targetsStrong closing skills and confidence handling objectionsExceptional communication, relationship-building and customer-service skillsA high level of self-motivation, accountability and driveThe discipline to follow up leads properly, no opportunity left behindExperience using CRM or membership-management systemsA polished, professional presentation and a genuine passion for health and fitnessAvailability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends where requiredWhy World Gym Tuggerah?
