This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a collaborative team while supporting a busy and well-established practice.The firm is committed to delivering high-quality legal services while maintaining a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.About the RoleWorking closely with lawyers across the Insurance team, you will provide high-level legal and administrative support across a range of matters.The Role:Managing diaries, appointments and travel arrangementsLiaising with clients and other stakeholdersPreparing and formatting legal documentationOpening and closing matters and maintaining accurate file recordsProcessing billing using Elite 3EMaintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systemsProviding general administrative and ad-hoc support to the teamAbout You:The successful candidate will have:3+ years' experience in a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in Litigation (Insurance or Commercial)Strong client service and communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsThe ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency across Microsoft OfficeA high level of confidentiality, professionalism and integrityThe ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesWhy Join?
