planning and technical challengesMaintain design intent through documentation and constructionContribute to the continued growth and design culture of our Brisbane studioAbout YouWe're looking for someone who combines robust design sensibility with practical project delivery experience.You may already be working as an Architect, Project Architect, Project Leader or experienced Architectural Designer and looking for greater responsibility, stronger projects and the opportunity to play a meaningful role within a growing studio.Ideally, you'll bring:6+ years' professional architectural experience in AustraliaStrong Revit capabilityDemonstrated experience in residential or multi-residential architectureStrong front-end design and design development capabilityExperience across documentation and construction stagesGood knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and relevant planning requirementsStrong consultant coordination and project management skillsConfidence communicating with clients and project stakeholdersThe ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative studio environmentExperience across multi-residential, build-to-rent, mixed‐use, social and affordable housing or high‐end residential will be highly regarded.Architect registration is welcomed but not essential.Applicants must currently reside in Australia and have unrestricted Australian working rights.Why BayleyWard?
