As our LAC Quality and Data Lead, you'll play a key role in bringing our Quality Assurance Framework to life across the LAC Program, this role can be based inTweed, Lismore, Ballina, Grafton, Bathurst,Orange, Dubbo, Bathurst, Wyong or Gosford.
This is more than a traditional data analyst role.
You'll combine data expertise with an understanding of quality, performance and service delivery, helping us understand what our data is telling us, where we're performing well, where risks are emerging, and where we need to focus next.
As part of the Quality and Development team, you'll work closely with the Senior Manager, LAC Quality and Development, our Leadership Team, and the broader Local Area Coordination team, translating quality, compliance and performance information into clear, accessible insights that support timely, informed decisions.

What you'll be doing
Collect, collate and analyse quality, performance and compliance data across the LAC Program
Develop accessible reports and dashboards that help staff and leaders benchmark performance against quality standards, KPIs and NDIA Performance Management Framework requirements
Identify trends,
patterns, risks and opportunities, and translate these into practical insights and recommendations
Give leaders early visibility of performance risks, enabling timely intervention
Support the ongoing development of the LAC Quality Assurance Framework, including its reporting and measurement approach
Work with the Quality & Development team to ensure data informs our continuous improvement cycle
Design and embed reporting practices that meet organisational and funder requirements
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in business, research, statistics or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience in data analysis, performance monitoring and reporting
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot trends, risks and opportunities in complex information
Experience developing and maintaining data management and reporting systems
The ability to turn complex data into clear, accessible insights for a range of audiences
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
The ability to work collaboratively with operational and quality teams, while maintaining independence and integrity in analysis and reporting
Experience within the NDIS, human services, quality assurance or a comparable service delivery environment is highly regarded.
