Our clients rely on us not just to report the numbers, but to help them understand what they mean and what to do next.As our advisory and outsourced CFO division continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded Senior Management Accountant to join the team.The OpportunityThis is an advisory-focused role where you'll work directly with business owners and management teams to improve financial visibility, cash flow and decision-making.You'll operate as an outsourced finance manager for a portfolio of clients and become a key part of their leadership and decision-making process.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts and board-style reporting packsDevelop budgets, forecasts and cash flow projectionsAnalyse business performance and key financial driversProvide commercial insights and recommendations to clientsAssist clients with strategic planning and business improvement initiativesManage month-end reporting processesReview payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions where requiredBuild and maintain dashboard reporting and KPI frameworksSupport system improvements and process automation opportunitiesAssist clients with Xero,
