Support the development and implementation of an creative Early Learning Program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.Implement Spirituality in the Early Years ProgramEnsure compliance with Government Regulations and Centre Policies and Procedures to meet our high-quality standardsBuild and maintain genuine and professional connections with children, families, colleagues, and the centre communityObserve, record and share with families in their children's learning and developmentSupported and mentored by an experienced Nominated Supervisor and Educational LeaderAbout YouQLD Blue Card or ability to obtainPolice Check or ability to obtainWorking rights in AustraliaACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care is highly desirableMinimum Certificate 3 and working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher requiredOver 12 months experience working with children in an Education and Care setting is highly desirableAn understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates or willingness to obtainAbility to navigate software programs such as Microsoft 365, OWNA and willingness to learn other platforms as neededStrong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peersEffective communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills
