With home visits, inspections, stakeholderengagementandNCATmatters all part of the mix, this is a role where every day brings something different.This is a6-month,part time(3 days a week)opportunitysuited to an experienced housing or community services professional who thrives on variety, meaningful customer engagement and managing a diverse caseload.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage a portfolio of tenancies andmaintainaccuratecustomer recordsConduct routine property inspections and complete follow-up actionsSupport customers to sustain their tenancies and achieve positive outcomesResolve tenancy issues,complaintsand anti-social behaviour mattersMonitor rent accounts andassistcustomers experiencing financial hardshipBuild strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with tenancy legislation,policiesand proceduresREQUIREMENTSCurrent NSW Driver Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehiclePolice Check, WorkingWithChildren Check, NDIS Worker Screening CheckMinimum 2 years' experience in a community services,
