This role will support you to work to the top of your clinical scope, providing quality care across a variety of work settings and caseloads.Full time position available, offering a fulfilling career that aligns with your professional and personal goals.As a Remedy Community Physiotherapist, you will:Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations and active interventions for a range of programs in the comfort of our customers' homes:Hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the home): Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home.Government Aged Care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programs):
