Our firm has a relaxed studio culture and supportive work environment which aims to facilitate individuals to reach their potential through collaboration with our internal building team, construction managers, estimators, architects and interior designers, all being under the one roof.We are seeking motivated & experienced skilled labourer / all-rounderwith hands-on experience inconstruction.
You will provide essential support to tradespeople and supervisors on active construction sites.
Duties include manual labour, materials handling, assisting with concrete works, formwork support, demolition, site preparation and clean-up, and operating hand tools and small plant.




You will play a key part in maintaining productivity and ensuring occupational health and safety compliance across all work activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting trades including carpenters, concreters, formworkers, and fit-out crewsManual handling of tools and materialsSite preparation and clean-upAssisting with demolition and strip-out worksUse of hand tools and light machinerySpotting and plant guidanceEnsuring secure work practices and site complianceConstruction IndustryWhite CardMinimum 12 months of general construction labouring experience requiredPhysically fit with ability to perform manual handlingReliable attendance and strong work ethicCommitment to safe work practicesMust be able to communicate in English fluentlyFull Australian work rights are required for this position
