Aspiring Talent is partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its PMO and support a diverse portfolio of initiatives and programs of work.This is a hands-on BA role suited to someone who can quickly understand business needs, engage stakeholders and bring structure and clarity across multiple concurrent priorities.The RoleWorking within the PMO, you will support projects and initiatives through:Requirements elicitation, analysis and documentationBusiness process mapping and process improvementFunctional and non-functional requirements definitionCurrent and future-state process analysisIdentification of business improvement and automation opportunitiesOptions and feasibility analysisTranslating complex information into clear business requirements and insightsEngaging stakeholders across business and technical teamsSupporting multiple initiatives with competing priorities and deadlinesAbout YouStrong requirements gathering and management capabilityDemonstrated business process mapping experienceExperience working across complex projects or programsStrong stakeholder and relationship management skillsThe ability to analyse complex problems and provide practical recommendationsExcellent communication and documentation skillsThe ability to work autonomously within a fast-moving PMO environmentExperience supporting complex corporate systems, business transformation or technology-enabled change will be highly regarded.
