Programmed is seeking an experiencedMaintenance Electricianto join a well-established manufacturing site in Western Sydney.This is astable Monday to Friday full-time role, ideal for someone who valueswork-life balance and family timewhile still working in a hands-on, technical industrial environment.You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, supporting production uptime, and ensuring plant and equipment operate safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform breakdown, preventative, and routine maintenance on site equipmentTroubleshoot electrical faults and restore equipment safely and efficientlySupport installation, repair,



and commissioning of machinery and systemsWork with PLC systems and industrial automation (Siemens preferred)Ensure all work is completed in line with WHS and safety standardsAssist with contractor coordination when requiredMaintain accurate maintenance records and reportsAbout YouUnrestricted Electrical Licence (NSW or equivalent)5+ years' experience in industrial or maintenance electrical workStrong fault-finding and problem-solving abilityAbility to read electrical drawings and schematicsExperience with PLCs / automation systems (advantage)Robust commitment to safety and reliabilityExperience in manufacturing or FMCG environments (preferred)What's On OfferMonday to Friday full-time role7am – 3:30pmMonthly RDO's!
