In addition ensuring the continued success of equipment hire within the Access Division, through well maintained plant and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesArranging manufacturer assistance for any complex breakdowns or parts replacementsConduct all regular servicing of equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's requirementsAttend site breakdowns or any mechanical issues as requiredProvide customer service and breakdown support by phone to clientsAttend manufacturer training & update training for new modelsManage onsite breakdowns based on 24/7 service as requiredReporting all problems, safety issues, risks, and opportunities to managementMaintaining stock control i.e. filters, consumables in vehicle,
