This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step up and own the success of a fast-paced, community-focused retail environment.Working closely with yourState Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer experiences, building strong community relationships, and driving brand growth beyond the four walls of the store.What You'll Be DoingOversee daily operations to achieve sales, KPIs, visual merchandising standards, stock levels, shrinkage and wage controlLead by example to inspire your team and drive high-performance across all areas of the storeMonitor performance metrics and take action to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goalsManage rosters and wage spend in line with business targets and GRIA complianceCoach and develop team members through succession planning and ongoing trainingChampion a positive store culture and maintain high levels of team moraleDrive community activations and partnerships with sporting events and health professionalsEnsure compliance with OH&S; legislation at all timesWhat You'll BringProven experience as aStore Manager,
