This is a great opportunity to help shape a brand-current MSP from the ground up, working directly within the client's hiring leaders while being employed, trained and supported by Hudson.You'll be the face of Hudson for this client, the go-to person for hiring managers and preferred suppliers, ensuring all roles are filled efficiently by yourself or the panel.What You'll Be DoingManaging contract recruitment across the organisation – this includes roles within warehouse and distribution, delivery and installation, customer experience and corporate.Partnering with hiring managers to provide high quality talentCoordinating activity across the preferred supplier panelManaging sourcing, screening, compliance and onboardingDelivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experienceIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomesDelivering quarterly reviews and reportingAbout YouYou'll enjoy building relationships and partnering with hiring managers to find them the talent they need to be successful.More than 7 years' experience recruiting temp /contract roles ideally in a warehouse or distribution environmentConfidence working autonomously and managing stakeholdersStrong communication and relationship-building skillsStrong attention to detail,
