Physiotherapy MSK, Spinal & Dance CaseloadPhysiotherapist, MSK, Spinal and Dance Caseload | PymblePymble Physiotherapy is looking for a great physiotherapist to join our established private practice in Sydney's Upper North Shore.
We are open to part time or full time applicants, including a motivated early career physio who wants genuine mentoring, or an experienced clinician looking for a quality caseload and a supportive team.This is not a generic private practice role.
You'll treat a varied and rewarding caseload including musculoskeletal injuries, spinal pain, active adults, private school students, adolescent athletes and dancers.
You'll have the space to build your clinical confidence, develop areas of interest and provide proper one to one care.What you'll be doingOne to one consultations in private treatment roomsAssessing and treating a busy MSK and spinal caseloadRehabilitation for active adults, adolescents, athletes and dancersUsing manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, dry needling and shockwave therapy, in line with your training and interestsCreating clear treatment plans and helping patients achieve lasting resultsFunctional rehabilitation in our well equipped gymBuilding relationships with local GPs, specialists and referrersWorking with modern practice systems,



including AI supported clinical correspondenceContributing to a positive, professional and collaborative team cultureWhat we're looking forCurrent AHPRA registration and a physiotherapy degreeA robust interest in private practice MSK physiotherapyExcellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with patientsA strong desire to keep learning and develop as a clinicianSomeone who takes ownership of patient outcomes, not just individual appointmentsExperience in private practice is valued, but sharp early career physiotherapists with the right attitude are encouraged to applyWhat we offerCompetitive hourly rate of $42 to $56 per hour, based on experience and capabilityA busy, established caseload and strong local reputationProper clinical support, mentoring and case discussionFlexibility around part time or full time hoursModern treatment rooms, gym space, shockwave and quality clinical resourcesThe opportunity to grow a niche in spinal care, adolescent athletes, dance or another area that interests youA workplace where quality care, good communication and professional development actually matterIf you're keen to work in a respected Upper North Shore practice with a great mix of MSK, spinal and dance patients, we'd love to hear from you.
