including sale itemsTrue flexibility through our 'Freedom to Flex' program – work from anywhere in the world for up to 4 weeks annuallyMonthly themed pop-up Town Halls to connect with our wider Support Centre teamsWhat You'll Be Working OnYou'll provide analytical support across our Homewares category, using data and commercial insight to drive profitability, inventory efficiency and category performance.Key responsibilities include:Analysing sales trends, market conditions and historical data to identify risks and opportunitiesSupporting demand forecasting and inventory planning activitiesProducing reports and insights on sales, margin, sell-through, stock turn and markdown performanceAssisting with Open-to-Buy processes and inventory managementPartnering with Buying and Merchandise teams to monitor category performanceCreating comprehensive reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skillsTranslating complex data into explicit and actionable commercial insightsSupporting decisions around product mix, seasonal planning and inventory investmentMaintaining data integrity across merchandising and planning systemsWhat Type of Person Will SucceedWe're looking for a commercially minded analyst who can confidently challenge the numbers and turn insights into action.You'll bring:Merchandise Analysis Experience: Experience in merchandise analysis, merchandise planning or a similar analytical retail roleCommercial Acumen: Strong understanding of retail metrics including sales, margin, stock turn, sell-through and markdown performanceAnalytical Capability: Ability to interpret large datasets and identify meaningful trends and opportunitiesTechnical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, with experience using BI and planning tools such as Power BI and TM1 highly regardedData Management: Strong attention to detail and confidence working with complex dataStakeholder Management: Ability to partner effectively with Buyers, Planners and broader commercial teamsCategory Experience: Previous experience within homewares, furniture or adjacent retail categories will be highly regarded
