We’re partnering with a growing and dynamic insurance business that is looking for a dedicated Claims Consultant on a 12-month max term contract to join their team. You'll be managing end-to-end claims while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full claims lifecycle from lodgement to resolution
- Support and guide customers with empathy and professionalism
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming claims
- Review and negotiate claims to ensure fair outcomes
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency while following internal procedures and service standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in claims or a complex customer service setting
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A calm, empathetic approach with a focus on delivering great service
