The Role
We are keen to connect with General Medicine Registrars interested in joining a major regional referral hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. This full-time registrar position offers exposure to a broad spectrum of acute and general medical presentations while working within a supportive consultant-led team.

You will manage a diverse inpatient caseload, participate in multidisciplinary care, and contribute to the supervision of junior medical staff. The role provides excellent experience across general medicine within a busy regional setting, making it well suited to doctors progressing through Basic Physician Training or building broad internal medicine experience.

Training & Development
Training is a key focus of this position, with registrars supported by experienced consultant physicians throughout their rotation.

Requirements

- Eligible for registration with AHPRA.
- Appropriate General Medicine or Internal Medicine experience at Registrar level.
- Relevant physician training status where applicable.
