The Role
We are seeking applications for a leading regional referral health service in Victoria to connect with Emergency Medicine Registrars seeking a comprehensive training environment with excellent consultant support and a diverse clinical caseload.

Joining a busy Emergency Department, you'll manage a broad mix of adult, paediatric, trauma and critical care presentations while developing procedural confidence under the supervision of experienced FACEMs. This is an ideal opportunity for doctors looking to strengthen their Emergency Medicine experience within a department that places a genuine emphasis on education, structured training and career progression.

This major regional referral hospital delivers comprehensive acute and specialist services to a large regional population and is recognised as one of Victoria's key teaching health services.

- Busy regional referral Emergency Department with a broad and varied case mix
- Modern purpose-built Emergency Department
- 48 treatment spaces, including four resuscitation bays and a 15-bed Short Stay Unit
- On-site helipad and 24-hour cardiac catheter laboratory
- Robust partnerships with metropolitan health services and university teaching programs

Training & Development
Education is central to the department, providing registrars with a structured and supportive environment to progress their Emergency Medicine careers.

- Structured ACEM training program

Requirements

- Eligible for registration with AHPRA
- Minimum PGY3 or equivalent Emergency Medicine experience
