As Senior Chef, you will play an integral role within a high-performing kitchen team, supporting the delivery of an exceptional and consistent dining experience. Working within a premium, high-volume environment, you will bring strong European culinary foundations, sound kitchen management skills and the ability to maintain exacting standards throughout demanding services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Execute and oversee high-quality European-inspired dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Support kitchen leadership across preparation, service, quality control and daily operations
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Mentor and develop junior chefs while contributing to a professional and collaborative kitchen culture
- Perform effectively during high-volume services while maintaining quality, efficiency and attention to detail

Candidate Profile





This prospect will suit an accomplished chef who has developed their career in premium, high-volume restaurants and has strong experience with European cuisine. You will be technically capable, organised and comfortable operating in a demanding environment where consistency and attention to detail are essential.

You will ideally demonstrate:

- Significant experience in premium, high-volume restaurant kitchens
- Strong European cuisine experience and well-developed classical cooking techniques
- Proven ability to deliver consistent quality throughout busy services
- Strong organisational, communication and team leadership capabilities
