Position OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Producing high-quality tender and quotation documentation for building projects, ensuring compliance with industry best practice, departmental standards, and client requirements.
- Utilising estimating software packages to ensure consistency and best practice in the preparation of client quotations.
- Assessing and preparing accurate and timely estimates, quotations, project trade packages, material lists, and construction programs.
- Assisting in the development and research of estimating, costing, contract administration, and contract cost management practices.
- Working effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maximise service delivery, achieve cost savings, and meet client requirements.

Mandatory Requirements
- Current Driver Licence

Highly Desirable
- Previous estimating experience, preferably within the building, construction, maintenance, or government sectors.
- Experience preparing tenders, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and contractor management skills.
