The Company

Join a well-established residential builder with a strong reputation for high-quality homes and a genuinely supportive culture. As a result of strong growth, they're looking for an experienced Sales Estimator to join their close-knit team.

The Role

- Provide accurate sales estimates and quotes as per clients' requests
- Prepare take-offs to determine material and labour budgets
- Delivery timely and accurate project budgets
- Oversee all documentation to contractors/suppliers
- Identify and resolve construction issues during negotiation and contract stages

About You





- Demonstrated experienced estimating in the residential construction space
- Strong knowledge of Australian building standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing team
- Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office
