We are seeking a Contract Administrator to oversee commercial construction projects across Perth. This role covers the full project lifecycle, from scoping and costing to managing contracts and ensuring project completion on time and within budget. You will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scope and cost new commercial construction opportunities in collaboration with various team
- Prepare competitive tenders and manage contract documentation
- Oversee procurement of trades and materials, ensuring cost efficiency
- Track project budgets and ensure accurate cost reporting
- Manage project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery
- Administer claims, variations, and ensure risk management protocols are followed

Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in contract administration or estimating within the commercial construction industry




- Relevant qualifications in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar fields
- Robust understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and budgeting
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Ability to manage risks and resolve issues promptly.
