COMPANY
This represents a rare prospect with a well established accounting firm based in Murray Bridge. This firm is led by a team of very friendly and personable Directors. The firm is quite modern and are continually looking to improve their systems and processes.
POSITION
Due to growth the position of Client Manager has been created.
The successful candidate will
- Manage circa $500k worth of fees initially with a view of growing this to $1m as the firm grows
- Manage client relationships
- Review the work completed by junior staff (on shore and off shore)
- Tax compliance and business advisory
CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- CA/CPA (Ideally but not necessary)
- 5+ years experience in Australian Public Practice
- Experience managing client relationships
- Experience with XPM, Xero would be highly desirable
- Ability to review the work completed by junior staff
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (non negotiable)
- An excellent work ethic, attitude and willingness to learn
