Company Summary:
I've partnered exclusively with a well-known QLD head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 25 years of proven success delivering projects up to $40m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2026 and gearing up for a busy year with work secured until 2029.
They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C; being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include industrial, government, education, health and more.
My client is a looking for x 2 experienced Contracts Administrators/Senior Contracts Administrators to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth.
Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:
- 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role.
- Experience across all trade packages - from start to finish.
- JOBPAC is a advantageous!
- Strong forecasting and cost reporting skills.
- Diverse commercial project experience.
- Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
- Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
- Solid past tenure with employers.
- Team player who loves a challenge!
- Positive, "can-do" attitude.

Your Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
- Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
- Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $5m - $50m+
