The Role
A major regional referral hospital is looking to connect with Paediatric Registrars seeking a supported training position within an established physician training network.

This role offers excellent exposure to general paediatrics across inpatient and acute care settings, caring for infants, children and adolescents with a broad range of medical presentations. Working alongside experienced paediatricians and multidisciplinary teams, you will build confidence in assessment, acute management and continuity of care while benefiting from close clinical supervision and structured teaching. The position also provides opportunities to rotate through a broader training network, supporting ongoing progression through physician training.

Training & Development
- Accredited for 12 months of RACP Paediatrics & Child Health Basic Training as an Accredited Adjunct Training Program (Secondment).
- Opportunity to complete training within an established paediatric physician network, with rotations across accredited sites.




- Structured teaching program with support for FRACP written and clinical examination preparation.
- Close consultant supervision and regular multidisciplinary learning opportunities.
- Broad general paediatric exposure, supporting the development of core clinical skills in a regional referral environment.

Requirements

- Eligible for registration with AHPRA.
- Appropriate paediatric experience at Registrar level.
- Eligible for, or enrolled in, the RACP Paediatrics & Child Health Training Program.
