About the role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing a designated territory through proactive business development, account management, and customer engagement. You will work directly with commercial and institutional clients, identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions across:

Wastewater treatment

HVAC solutions

Odour control programs

Safety and compliance solutions

Property maintenance programs

Success in this role will come from your ability to generate new business, build trusted customer relationships, and deliver ongoing value to clients.

Key responsibilities

Identifying and developing current business opportunities

Meeting with prospective customers and introducing our solutions

Building strong customer relationships

Managing and growing existing accounts

Conducting site visits and product demonstrations

Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

Working towards achievable sales and growth targets

What We're Looking For





We're interested in individuals who are hungry to succeed and passionate about sales. You'll bring:

Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing sales

Confidence in prospecting and generating new business opportunities

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

A results-driven approach and desire to achieve sales targets

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

Sound computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms

A valid Australian driver's licence and ability to travel throughout the territory
