About the Role
Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH), established in 1882, is one of Australia's most respected hospitals with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national, and international communities. As a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare, RPAH offers world-class facilities and services. Our dedicated, innovative, and caring staff are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
The role includes morning and afternoon shifts, with shifts finishing no later than 6:30 pm, participation in an on-call roster, and the ability to wear a lead gown when required.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Ideal Candidate
- Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
- Uffective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
- IVC and experience in hospital setting highly beneficial
