About the role
This is a significant executive leadership opportunity to shape the future workforce and organisational culture of North West Hospital and Health Service.
Reporting to the Executive Director People, Culture and Planning, you will lead the strategic direction of human resources, organisational development and workforce capability across the health service.
You will drive initiatives that strengthen organisational performance, enhance employee engagement and position NWHHS as an employer of choice.
You will play a critical role in guiding complex workforce and industrial relations matters, leading transformational change, and ensuring the organisation has the capability, culture and workforce required to meet current and future healthcare needs.

Requirements
