As we continue to strengthen the way we deliver sales across our Land Lease Communities business, we are excited to introduce a newly created Regional Lead opportunity based in Queensland. Reporting to the Sales Manager and leading a team of 8-10 Home Specialists and Sales Associates, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving operational performance, and developing team capability across our Queensland communities.

This is a permanent full-time position operating within a hybrid working model, with an expectation of approximately three days per week across our office and communities, and two days working from home.

Experienced leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

In this newly created role, you'll lead a team of 8-10 Home Specialists and Sales Associates, driving team performance, customer experience and operational excellence across the homebuyer journey. Working closely with Sales, Construction and Community teams, you'll play a key role in helping customers transition into their new homes while supporting the continued growth of our Land Lease Communities business.

What You'll Do

- Lead and develop a team of Home Specialists and Sales Associates to deliver an exceptional customer journey from enquiry through to settlement and community life.
- Drive team performance to support the achievement of sales and settlement targets, while maintaining strong customer, governance and compliance outcomes.
- Partner closely with Construction, Development and Community teams to deliver strong customer and commercial outcomes.
- Coach and develop team capability while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.




- Support business growth while ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Experience & Skills That Count

- Proven experience leading and coaching customer-facing or sales teams.
- Experience within residential property, land lease communities, retirement living, real estate or a related industry.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to drive operational performance.
- Strong communication, coaching and customer relationship management skills.
