About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Department Manager to join a high-volume flagship retail environment in the heart of Adelaide CBD.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded retail leader who enjoys balancing people leadership, customer experience, visual presentation, and operational excellence. You will take ownership of a key department within the store, leading your team to achieve sales targets while creating an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for customers.

What you will do

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive department sales, profitability, and operational performance
- Analyse trading results and identify opportunities to maximise growth
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through strong floor leadership
- Manage rostering, team planning, and daily operational routines




- Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
