The Role
This contracted Payroll Officer role will work within a team of 4, reporting to the Senior Payroll lead. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 2300 employees.
- Manage lifecycle payroll activities such as onboarding, offboarding and terminations
- Interpret and apply relevant award rates
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information
- Process payroll adjustments, including deductions and allowances.
Your Background
To be considered for this Payroll Officer position, you should have prior experience in a high-volume payroll workplace and possess the following:
- Immediately available
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Exposure to Preceda / UKG is highly regarded
- Experience in working with aged care, NFP or charitable industries
- Communicate and work collaboratively with senior officers
