About the role

We're looking for a motivated Workshop Lead to take ownership of our busy manufacturing workshop. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside the team, operate machinery, maintain quality standards and help ensure jobs are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and support the day-to-day running of the workshop

- Operate CNC machinery

- Operate edgebander and panel saw

- Cabinet assembly and final fit-off

- Maintain quality control across all projects

- Coordinate workflow to ensure production deadlines are met

- Keep the workshop organised, protected and efficient

- Assist with loading and unloading materials when required

About you

- Extensive experience in a cabinet making or joinery workshop





- Strong CNC machining experience

- Experience operating edgebanders and panel saws

- Excellent cabinet assembly skills

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example

- Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)
