Remuneration: $75,011.91 - $81,508.14 per annum / $37.83 – $41.10 per hour

What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll provide direct nursing care under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse,
helping clients achieve their best possible health and wellbeing outcomes. You'll bring compassion, professionalism and sound clinical practice to every interaction.
- Deliver secure, person-centred nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and your scope of practice.
- Undertake observations and client assessments, recognise changes in condition and promptly escalate clinical concerns to the Registered Nurse.
- Support clients with activities of daily living, comfort and emotional wellbeing while promoting independence and recovery.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement, clinical information collection and positive care outcomes.
- Collaborate with the nursing and multidisciplinary team, communicate effectively and uphold NSW Health and WSLHD policies, standards and values.

Registration:
Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
1. Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
6. Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
