About Us
Manilla Multi-Purpose Unit is a small, friendly 54-bed facility providing a blend of acute and residential aged care services. With 40 permanent Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) residents and located in a welcoming rural community, our team is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
About the Opportunity
Working under the guidance and support of a Registered Nurse, you will provide individualised nursing care within your scope of practice to maximise health outcomes for patients and residents.
You will:
- Deliver protected, effective, and compassionate nursing care
- Support the health and wellbeing of RACF residents and acute patients
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
About You
We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse who is compassionate, team-focused and committed to providing excellent care.
You will have:
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A genuine passion for aged care and rural health
- Ability to work in a small, supportive team environment
- Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care
Requirements:
Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed where applicable) with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
