The Opportunity

Indiana Signs Pty Ltd is seeking a confident, organised and commercially minded Sales Representative to join our Brisbane City office. This is an in-house role focused on generating new business, responding to enquiries and building long-term relationships with customers across signage, digital displays and related solutions.

We are flexible about how the right person joins us. The position may be structured as full-time, part time or casual, provided the agreed working hours fall between Monday and Friday.

What you will do

· Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email and online sales enquiries.

· Proactively identify and contact prospective business customers.

· Understand each customer’s needs and recommend suitable signage or digital display solutions.

· Prepare clear proposals, quotations and follow-up correspondence.

· Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer records and follow-up activities.

· Build relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

· Coordinate with internal project, design, production and installation contacts to support a smooth customer

experience.





· Work toward agreed sales, activity and conversion targets.

What we are looking for

· Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or customer service.

· Confident communication skills and a professional phone and email manner.

· A proactive approach to prospecting, following up and closing opportunities.

· Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries.

· Comfort using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and digital communication tools.

· A practical, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to learn our products and industry.

· Experience in signage, digital displays, print, advertising, construction or a related industry is desirable, but not essential.
