About the Role

As a Paraplanner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Advice Team by producing accurate and compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs) and assisting with strategy analysis. Your expertise will help shape client outcomes and reinforce the firm’s reputation for excellence. Key responsibilities:

- Support Advisers by conducting research and analysis on client portfolios, investments, and strategy options
- Assist with the preparation of client reports, overviews, and documentation to meet regulatory standards
- Maintain and update client records within the Xplan CRM system, ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborate with the Advice Team to facilitate smooth workflow and client service delivery




- Liaise with external providers and compliance teams to ensure proper documentation and process adherence

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong understanding of the Xplan CRM system
- Relevant industry qualification (e.g., Diploma of Financial Planning, degree in Business, Economics, or similar) highly valued
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality SOAs and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Understanding of financial planning, investments, superannuation, and managed accounts
