Forum Recruitment are searching for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a high profile commercial asset in Melbourne CBD. This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate impact.

About the role

As the Senior Facilities Manager, you will take ownership of day to day operations while driving strategic oversight across compliance, financial performance, and service delivery. Reporting to the National Facilities Lead, you'll act as the primary liaison for key stakeholders, landlords, and service partners, ensuring the asset operates to an exceptional standard.

Responsibilities

- Lead contractor performance, oversee escalations, and ensure high quality and timely resolution of service requests

- Manage compliance frameworks, asset lifecycle planning, preventative maintenance, and contract governance

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting

- Build and maintain solid stakeholder relationships, ensuring delivery consistently exceeds expectations





- Champion OH&S;, environmental standards, and risk management processes across the asset

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 5+ years' experience in Facilities Management across commercial real estate

- Strong knowledge of OH&S; legislation, compliance requirements, and contractor governance

- Solid technical understanding of building systems and BMS

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem solving capabilities

- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and achieving high quality operational outcomes
