GENERAL HAND

(Offsite Receipting)

In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the day-to-day operations of our facility. You will work both independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team to ensure the productive and safe handling of goods.

What will you be doing:

- Building Flats & Side ups
- Unloading and loading trucks
- Unloading and loading containers
- Load restraint
- Wrapping and strapping freight for travel
- Keeping the shed and yard organised
- Breaking down pallets
- Checking and verifying the contents of individual orders
- Labelling and recording the process
- Building and consolidating mixed pallets which requires a lot of manual handling

What we require from you:

- Valid forklift operator's license (Ideally)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work early shifts
- Ability to work in hot and dusty she environment




- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
