About the role

As Clinical Lead at FCA, you'll help ensure that every report, recommendation, and clinical decision reflects high standards. You'll be the clinical "go-to" person, supporting the team to grow their confidence, develop their skills, and continue delivering outstanding outcomes for participants. This is a leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence practice, drive innovation, and help build a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities

- Provide guidance and support to the team of clinicians
- Be a trusted mentor and sounding board for complex cases
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and skilled growth
- Review and support the quality of Functional Capacity Assessment reports
- Develop and maintain clinical governance frameworks and best-practice standards
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and encourage continuous learning
- Facilitate clinical supervision, mentoring, and case discussions
- Support onboarding and training of new clinicians
- Create opportunities for knowledge-sharing and professional development across the team
- Partner with leadership to strengthen and grow clinical services

About you

- Current AHPRA registration (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Speech Pathologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or relevant allied health profession)
- Extensive experience conducting Functional Capacity Assessments
- Experience mentoring, supervising, or leading clinicians




- Outstanding report-writing and clinical reasoning skills
- A passion for quality, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging team culture
